Project Highlights

The Quarry is a three-building, transit-oriented, residential mixed-use project consisting of 64 rental housing units.  It is a mix of one and two bedroom units ranging between 609 and 1,276 sf.

The units have high ceilings and are finished to luxury standards: stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, European style cabinetry and hardware, plank flooring throughout, large high performance casement windows, washer/dryer, exposed wood railing and screens, with private outdoor space as a patio or balcony.  The pet-friendly project has site amenities that include ample parking, BBQ and seating areas and lush landscaping. This environmentally-sensitive project comes with solar panels, drought tolerant plants and irrigation, pervious paving and bioretention basins to mitigate storm water.  The successful execution of the project was confirmed when all units were fully leased for year within 2 months after the Certificate of Occupancy was issued.
